PADI Advanced Open Water DiverWelcome to the world of Adventure diving! Lazy Diver and Diver Dan's is looking forward to helping you get trained as an Advanced Open Water SCUBA Diver. If you have any questions, or would like to sign up contact us today. Why take the PADI Advanced class? You will learn the correct way to navigate so you can return back to the boat or shore, dive deeper, dive at night, plus you will be able to select two other elective dives from those listed below. You will be doing five dives in one weekend with two of those off a local Monterey dive boat! Just $100.00 will hold you a spot for the next class. Class size is limited. When does the next class Start? What do I need to start? How much is it going to cost me? The total training fees are $225.00. The fees are broken down in order to provide many training options to our clients. The breakdown is as follows: $125.00 Classroom / Pool / Boat Fee $100.00 Instructor / Certification Fee Two of your dives will be done off the Escapade which is the Monterey dive boat used exclusively by Diver Dan's! This is a $90.00 value! When you sign up for the class, the classroom / pool fee will be collected by the dive shop and the instructor / certification fee will be collected on the first night of class by the instructor. The Advanced Open Water SCUBA course is a one week class consisting of one class session, one pool session (optional) and five ocean dives during the weekend of the class. What will I be doing? Three elective dives will need to be completed and can consist of the following:
The elective dives are customized to the student's desires and location of dives and are discussed in class. All electives chosen are at the discretion of the instructor. What will I need to buy?
You will also need to have a PADI dive table or wheel, a timing device or dive computer, and a log book. What can I rent? Medical Concerns or Questions?
