To get started the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program will let you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI instructor at Diver Dan's On-site pool. During your adventure, you will master some basic concepts and scuba skills that will give you an idea of how easy and fun scuba diving is.

How much is this going to cost me?
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is FREE!

After the pool session your instructor will be happy to answer any questions you have about the PADI Open Water Diver program and how you too can become a PADI Open Water Diver.

What is the class schedule?
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is offered on Friday nights.

What do I need to start?

• A sense of adventure

• Discover Scuba diving passport

• Be in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water

• Be at least 10 years old

• Complete and sign the Discover Scuba statement. (Parents will need to be present for divers under 18)

What will I need to buy?
Nothing - Remember it's Free!

Show to up with only your bathing suit and a towel. LazyDiver and Diver Dan's will take care of the rest.

What will I do?
When you participate in the Discover Scuba program, you'll discover excitement and adventure - freedom and serenity. Nothing compares to the "weightless" exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling and now you can too!

How long will it take?
Get ready to dive today. Whether you watch the short PADI Discover Scuba video or are briefed with the Discover Scuba flip chart, you'll be entering the water quickly and ready for your scuba adventure.

Medical Concerns or Questions?
If you are currently under the care of a medical doctor, or have a pre-existing medical condition that requires permission from a physician, you will need to have a signed medical release form from your doctor before you can participate in any in-water activities.
